Hosting and infrastructure
Ember is hosted on Lovable, accessible at lovable.dev. Database and authentication are provided through Lovable Cloud. Payments are handled by Stripe. AI generation is provided through the Lovable AI gateway.
Intellectual property
The Ember name, interface, prompts, generation logic, and brand are the property of SparksWise. The CV content you generate is yours — you may use it freely for personal and professional purposes. Reproduction of the Ember interface or generation system without prior written permission is prohibited.
Liability
Ember helps you draft a CV from your own input and from AI-generated suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing the final document before sharing it with employers. SparksWise cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service or the content it produces.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
